Textile Lamination Machine
Features:
- Widely used in the production of health materials, shoes, caps, medical products, waterproof fabric, and awnings
- Comprised of a gumming organ, baking drum, pressing unit, coiler and other parts
- Operating principle:
a) Compounding material is gummed, then laminated with other fabric and together
passed on to the surface of the baking drum
b) After being rotated across 2/3 around the surface of the drum, laminated
material shall be cured and hardened into shape and finally wrapped on a coiling
roller
c) A coating groove with gumming roller, and a scratching board on the machine,
control adhesive coating quantity, keeping adhibiting firmness while economically
using adhesive
d) Movement of the gumming roller is synchronized with the baking drum by means
of an infinite speed variator
e) Groove is dismountable for cleaning
f) Electrical heating pipes installed on the inner side of the baking drum, with the
enough power to heat the drum surface up to 300°C
g) A heat engineering meter fixed to the control makes the baking drum's superficial
temperature adjustable according to requirement
h) Four pressing rollers installed on the outside of the baking drum for pressing
laminated material
i) Revolution of the baking drum and coiler are infinitely adjustable, and convenient
for operation - Has the great advantage of being able to make various decoration materials
