Introduction

• The EVA/TPT Cutting Table is used for cutting EVA and TPT materials into the required sizes.

• Outline Size: 3000*1200*1500 mm

Operation

• Clean the surface of the table first, anything that might hurt EVA/TPT is not allowed to be on the platen.

• Put the tools in workbox according to each sort.

• Put EVA/TPT onto each rolling beam, and ensure that they can roll flexibly.

• Get the size of modules by measurement.

• Lay EVA/TPT on the surface upon the certain measure.

• Push down the impaction beam, firm the EVA/TPT.

• Cut off between the two impaction beams, then it finishes the work.

Solar Photovoltaic Panel

Applied by the advanced technology and techniques, we sell the Photovoltaic panels which have imported solar cells(Mono crystalline or Polycrystalline) of high quality. We can have laminated PV panels in maximum size of 220W. With the excellent output, laminated PV panels are well-accepted now. The cover of laminated PV panels is low-iron tempered glass of high transmittivity, especially after treated by reflection reduction. The back of the laminated PV panels is encapsulated by EVA so that it can resist the corrosion of humidity and sea water.

Solar Water Heaters

WV deals in Evacuated-tube collectors type water heaters. They are used in residential applications that require higher temperatures.

The heat pipes are inserted into curved absorbers forming an assembly which is inserted into the glass tubes. The sunlight enters through the outer glass tube, strikes the absorber tube, and changes to heat. The heat is transferred to the liquid flowing through the absorber tube. The collector consists of rows of parallel transparent glass tubes, each of which contains an absorber tube covered with a selective coating. The heated liquid circulates through heat exchanger and gives off its heat to water that is stored in a solar storage tank.

In manufacturing, air is evacuated from the space between the two tubes, forming a vacuum.
Conductive and convective heat losses are eliminated because there is no air to conduct heat or to circulate and cause convective losses. The vacuum in the glass tube, being the best possible insulation for a solar collector, suppresses heat losses and also protects the absorber plate and the “heat-pipe” from external adverse conditions.

This results in exceptional performance far superior to any other type of solar collector and ensures a lifetime of at least 15 years without loss of efficiency.

In high temperature region these collectors are more efficient than flat-plate collectors for a couple of reasons.
First, they perform well in both direct and diffuse solar radiation. This characteristic, combined with the fact that the vacuum minimizes heat losses to the outdoors, makes these collectors particularly useful in areas with cold, cloudy winters.

Second, because of the circular shape, sunlight is perpendicular to the absorber for most of the day. As a result WV specially designed water heaters achieve both higher temperatures and higher efficiencies than flat-plate collectors.
